("the Company")AGM results and change of Company SecretaryThe Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting which was held todayat Griffin Brewery, Chiswick Lane South, London W4 2QB, all the resolutions putto members were passed on a show of hands, resolutions 9,11, 12 and 14 asspecial resolutions.Consent of the B and C shareholders to the adoption of new articles ofassociation was also obtained at the class meetings held following the AnnualGeneral Meeting.The Company has today submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) copiesof resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting concerning items other thanordinary business. These documents will shortly be available for inspection athttp://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.Details of the proxy instructions lodged for each resolution are available onthe Company's website: www.fullers.co.uk.The Company also announces that the Board has reluctantly accepted theresignation of Marie Gracie, who has been Company Secretary of Fuller's forsixteen years. The Directors wish to thank Marie for her wonderful contributionand outstanding services to the Company and wish her well for the future. TheBoard has appointed Séverine Garnham as Company Secretary with effect fromtoday.
