Fugro publishes 2015 annual report

Today Fugro has published its 2015 annual report on http://www.fugro.com/investors/publications. The print version will be available as of 18 March.

The 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) will take place on 29 April 2016. The agenda and the convocation notice will be published in the week of 15 March 2016. The agenda will include the proposal to appoint Brice Bouffard to the Board of Management, as was already announced earlier. In addition, it will include the proposal to reappoint Harrie Noy as member of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Noy is due to step down from the Supervisory Board at the end of the AGM as his first four-year term expires. He has been chairman of the Supervisory Board since May 2013.
