Fugro shareholders adopt all resolutions at EGM
At today's extraordinary general meeting, Fugro's shareholders approved both resolutions.
Barbara Geelen was appointed as member of the Board of Management and Chief Financial Officer, and Marc de Jong was appointed as member of the Supervisory Board.
