Intention to Launch an Offer for Subscription

The directors of Fuel Ventures VCT plc are pleased to announce their intention to launch a new offer for subscription for ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company to raise up to £10 million with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £10 million (the "Offer") in the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 tax years.

Full details of the Offer will be contained in a prospectus that is expected to be published early in February 2025 subject to regulatory approval.
