Issue of a Supplementary Prospectus

The Company announces that it has published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the offer for subscription for up to £10 million together with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £10 million) of new Ordinary Shares which the Company announced on 17 February 2025 (the "Offer").

The Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of Financial Services and Market Act 2000 following publication of the Company's annual report and accounts for the period ended 31 March 2025 on 27 June 2025.

A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
