On August 5, 2025, Fuel Tech, Inc. ("Fuel Tech” or the “Registrant”) issued a press release which contained, among other things, an announcement of Fuel Tech's financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
