We wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited (“Company”) on February 12, 2026, has allotted 3,70,900 Equity Shares. Consequent to this allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased.

These Equity Shares are allotted pursuant to the exercise of vested stock options by the employees under Employee Stock Option Scheme of the Company .

The Equity Shares so allotted, shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.
