Pursuant to Regulations 24A and 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III thereof, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today, i.e., May 30, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved appointment of M/s. S. N. Ananthasubramanian & Co, Practicing Company Secretaries (Firm Registration Number: P1991MH040400) as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years, commencing from financial year 2025-26 till financial year 2029-30, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 13[th] Annual General Meeting (“AGM”).

We are enclosing herewith brief details of the aforesaid appointment in the prescribed format (Annexure A), the content of which is self-explanatory.
