OPES PRIME – COMPLETION OF SALE OF SHARES
The Directors of FSA Group Limited (the Company ) wish to advise that all of the 13.5 million shares (around 11.77% of the issued capital) held by the broker acting on behalf of OPES Prime Stockbroking Limited (OPES), have been bought on market by existing and new investors.
The Directors re-confirm that none of the interests in the Company held by its Directors were held under margin lending facilities operated by OPES.
