Retirement of Chairman
On 14 August 2020, the Board announced the upcoming retirement of Mr Doumany as Chairman and Director of FSA Group effective 2 September 2020.
The Board today announces the retirement of Mr Doumany effective from today’s date.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Doumany for the past 17 years of service and commitment to FSA Group. We will miss his wisdom, knowledge and experience.
Mr Doumany said “It had been an absolute privilege to be part of the leadership team of FSA Group for the past 17 years. I am proud of what we have achieved and have enjoyed every minute. I will be retiring today on my 83rd birthday. I would like to thank my fellow Directors, all our executives and staff for their contribution to the successes of our business and wish them well for the future”.
David Bower has been a Director of FSA Group since 23 April 2015 and will assume the role of Chairman effective from today’s date.
