Appointment / Resignation of Company Secretary
FSA Group Limited wishes to advise that Donald Mackenzie has been appointed as Company Secretary effective 19 November 2010 and in addition to his Company Secretarial responsibilities, he will be the person nominated under ASX Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with ASX in relation to listing rule matters.
The current Joint Company Secretaries, Mr Duncan Cornish and Mr Anthony Carius, have resigned effective from 19 November 2010 with Mr Cornish advising that he wishes to focus on his other business interests.

Mr Carius continues as Chief Financial Officer, a role that has expanded due to the continuing growth of the FSA Group business.
The Board thanks the retiring Joint Company Secretaries for their past services.
