The Annual General Meeting in Frøy ASA, held 1 June 2022 approved the board proposal of distributing a dividend of NOK 1.5 per. share.
The shares in Frøy ASA (Ticker: FROY) will be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.5 per share as of today, June 2, 2022.
The dividend will be paid on or about June 14, 2022.
