In connection with the ongoing public offering of shares in Frøy ASA, the company has received applications from primary insiders and close associates. Frøy ASA refers to the attached document for further details of the subscription made. The offer price in the public offering is not fixed, and hence it is not possible to calculate volume of the subscriptions. In addition, the offer is subject to conditions and final allocation by the Board. An announcement will be made on final allocations to primary insiders and close associates upon completion of the offering.
