Frøy ASA: New Interim CFO appointed

Frøya, 1 July 2022.

Frøy ASA (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that Sondre Vevstad will take up the position as interim CFO from July 1st 2022.

Tore Helgesen, who has acted as interim CFO since October 2021, will as of 30 June have concluded his agreed term with the Company. Mr. Helgesen wants to return to his consulting business and will assist Frøy with selected projects on a consulting basis.

Mr. Vevstad has been engaged by the Company since 2020 and has assisted the Company with IPO preparations, investor relations and corporate strategy services. Vevstad has more than 10 years’ experience from investment banking, covering the seafood and aqua services sector and holds a master´s degree within finance from NHH - Norwegian School of Economics.
