FRO - Special General Meeting

Frontline Ltd. ("Frontline" or the "Company") advises that a Special General

Meeting of the Shareholders (the "SGM") to approve a 5 for 1 consolidation of

shares will be held at the offices of the Company located at 4(th) Floor, Par-

la-Ville Place, 14, Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM08, Bermuda on Friday, January

29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. local time.

Frontline has fixed the close of business on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 as the

record date for the determination of the shareholders entitled to receive notice

and vote at the Special General Meeting or at any adjournment or postponement

thereof.

A copy of the Notice of the Special General Meeting and the associated proxy

statement will be provided to shareholders and posted on our website in due

course.
