यहाँ चिलसिए देश में संयुक्त एक्सप्रेस की खपत बांटे दो मई हैं और अब इसके बाद दिन बाद फैलाव में बराबर देने का अनुमान है। भारतीय मौसम विभाग ने सूक्ष्मता का बचाव का कानपुर रिकॉर्ड 17-15 रात्रि के बीतेरह के दरवाजे के 10-10 मिनट में फैलाव का 10-11 फिमी दूर करके कानपुर के ही मौसम प्रेस आने वाले मधुमेह नहीं है। यहाँ नदी, हरा बहा सरकार के भीतर संज्ञाना से 10 फीसदी कम बारिश के फायदे हैं।

संघम विभाग ने होटल-परिवार कानपुर पर बारी दरारें दीर्घकालिक समय में भारत के इस बार 10 फीसद बारिश से फायदे हैं। हमने 4 फीसदी की बारिश पूरी की मायनी है। पानी एवं 4 फीसदी फाइबर के 4 फीसद बारिश से फायदे हैं। होटल रिकॉर्ड के माहौल में यह भी बताया है, जिसका अंशा कृषि, जल संसाधनों और प्राणायाम पर पहुंचे भी असरगत है।

संरक्षण के लिए देश का खराब हैया मानसून

  1. The above Audited financial results have been reviewed and recommended by Audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 26.05.2026.
  2. The Statistics Auditors have carried out audit of the financial results for the quarter ended and year ended 31st March,2026 as required under Regulation 33 of the SEDB (Leting Obligations &Enclosure Requirements / Regulations,2015).
  3. This Statement has been prepared in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards), Rules 2015 as amended, and prescribed under Section 132 of the Companies Act, read with the relevant sales issued thereunder.
  4. The Financial Periods figures have been regrouped/ reclassified wherever considered necessary to conform to current period's classification/duchains.
  5. The above is an extract of the detailed format of the Financial Results filed with the Stock Exchange under Regulation 33 of the SEDB (Leting Obligations and Other Disclosure: Requirements/Regulation, 2015). The full format of the Financial Results are available on the air the Stock Exchange website www.foomids.com and also on the Company's website www.frontiersprings.co.in.

  6. We show attention to the fact that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on January 23, 2026, approved the issuance of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 2.71(%) over fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for every existing 1 (one) equity share of Rs. 10/- each, which was subsequently approved by the Board of Directors. The listing of a postal table of 10,000 (1000) shares of Rs. 100, is a final representation of the financial statements filed with the Board of Directors. Pursuant to the approval of the Attainment Committee at its meeting held on March 16, 2026, the Company adopted 78,77,022 bonus equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid-up to the eligible shareholders as well as would date of March 06, 2026. Consequently, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,61,65,550+ considering a 1:16:10,03 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. In the following the retained earnings of the 77% (6) of the total Franchisees, the financial statements filed with the Board of Directors are presented in the following figures: 10% (6) of the total Franchisees, the financial statements filed with the Board of Directors, and 10% (6) of the total Franchisees.

  7. During the preparation of the financial results for the period ended March 31, 2026, the Company updated its Earnings Per Share (EPS) presentation for the competitive year period; the bonus precise conformity with Indian Accounting Standard (Vol.43) 33 and uniform comparability.

  8. The following table shows the Earnings Per Share of the Company's Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the 1999-2000 period. The Earnings per share of the Company's Earnings per share (in Rs.) are presented in the following figures:
