Frontier IP Group plc (AIM: FIPP), a specialist in commercialising intellectual property, announces that its 2025 Annual Report and Accounts are now available on the Company's website at https://www.frontierip.co.uk/investors/results-centre/.

The notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), along with an explanatory letter to shareholders, and hard copies of the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts were posted to those shareholders entitled to receive them yesterday.

The Company's AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 31 December 2025 at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Exchange Tower, 19 Canning Street, Edinburgh EH3 9EH.
