Frontier IP, a specialist in commercialising university intellectual property, announces that David Cairns (Portfolio Director) has notified the Group of his decision to step down from the Board. It has been agreed that David's resignation as a director will become effective on 27 August 2019 and that he will also cease to be an employee of the Group on this date.

Neil Crabb, Chief Executive Officer, said: "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank David for his contribution to Frontier IP over the years and the important part he has played in the Group's growth and success. I'd like to wish him all the very best in his future career outside Frontier IP."
