Description

The securities of Superior Lake Resources Limited (‘SUP’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of SUP, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 24 August 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

SUPERIOR LAKE RESOURCES LIMITED (ASX: SUP) – TRADING HALT REQUEST

Superior Lake Resources Limited (the “Company”) requests a trading halt on its securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising and debt financing update.

The Company requests the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of commencement of normal trading on 24 August 2018, or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
