PLACEMENT OF SHORTFALL
Ishine International Resources Limited (ASX Code: ISH) ( Company ) advises that LBCap Pty Ltd ( Underwriter ) has successfully placed all 101,803,167 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) which formed the shortfall offer ( Shortfall Offer ) to the Company’s non-renounceable entitlement issue, conducted on the basis of one (1) Share for every one (1) Share held by eligible shareholders registered on 29 November 2016, at an issue price of $0.011 per Share ( Offer ).
The Offer and resulting Shortfall Offer were made pursuant to the Prospectus dated 24 November 2016 ( Prospectus ).
The Company has now raised the full $1,149,269 under the Prospectus.
The Company now has 208,957,969 Shares on issue following the close of the Offer and Shortfall Offer.
The Shares issued pursuant to the Shortfall Offer will be quoted on the ASX on or around 21 December 2016 and will trade under the ASX ticker code ISH.
