CHANGE OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR
Ishine International Resources Limited (ASX:ISH) ( Ishine ) announces that Bentleys Audit & Corporate (WA) Pty Ltd has been appointed as the Company’s external auditor. Bentleys replaces PwC in this role.
The change of auditor has been made as part of a process of review of service providers relevant to Ishine. The Board thanks PwC for their service to Ishine.
Bentleys will remain as Ishine’s auditor until the next Annual General Meeting at which time shareholders will be require to vote on Bentleys’ continued appointment as auditor.
