BOARD CHANGES

Ishine International Resources Limited (ASX:ISH) ( Ishine or the “ Company ”) advises that Mr Naiming Li and Mr Mark Muzzin have resigned as directors of the Company. The Company expresses its appreciation to Mr Li and Mr Muzzin for their valuable services to the Company since their appointment.

Current CEO Mr Chuanshui (Frank) Yin and Mr Keong Chan have been appointed as nonexecutive directors of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Yin will cease as CEO as part of the transition to non-executive director.

In addition, Mr Leonard Math has resigned as company secretary of the Company and has been replaced by Mr Keong Chan.

Mr. Chan has provided advice to a number of companies on corporate matters in relation to capital raisings, IPOs, back door listings, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers/divestments and has sat on or acted as an advisor to a number of ASX listed boards.

Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Master of International Customs Law and Administration from the University of Canberra.
