Frontier Digital Ventures Limited (ASX: FDV) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Frontier Digital Ventures Limited (‘FDV’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of FDV, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 17 December 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for trading halt

Frontier Digital Ventures Ltd (ASX:FDV) ( Frontier ) requests that its securities be placed in a trading halt from the commencement of trading today pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by Frontier in connection with an equity raising.

Frontier requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

(a) an announcement being made about the equity raising; or

(b) the commencement of trading on Friday, 17 December 2021.

Frontier is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
