Description

The securities of Frontier Digital Ventures Ltd (‘FDV’) will be placed in trading halt at FDV’s request, pending it releasing an announcement about the outcome of the institutional component of the accelerated entitlement offer. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 12 October 2020.

Trading Halt Request – ASX Code: FDV

Frontier Digital Ventures Ltd (ACN 609 183 959) ( Frontier ) requests a trading halt for its ordinary shares (ASX Code: FDV) for three trading days (i.e. on a 1 + 2 basis) under Listing Rule 17.1 prior to the commencement of trading today.

Frontier provides the following information for the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1:

• (a) the trading halt is requested pending an announcement by Frontier in relation to a capital raising to be undertaken by a placement and pro rata accelerated renounceable entitlement offer and acquisition. The placement will be conducted over the first day of the trading halt and the accelerated institutional entitlement offer will be conducted over the final two days of the trading halt;

• (b) Frontier requests the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of:

• (1) Frontier releasing an announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of the accelerated institutional entitlement offer; or

• (2) the commencement of trading on 12 October 2020;

• (c) Frontier is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and

• (d) Frontier is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
