Successful completion of Fincaraíz, Avito and Tayara acquisitions

Frontier Digital Ventures Limited (“ FDV ”, ASX: FDV or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has now successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued capital of Fincaraíz, Avito and Tayara from Adevinta ASA, following announcement of the transaction to the ASX on 8 October 2020.

Fincaraíz.com.co, Avito.ma and Tayara.tn are the leading online classifieds portals in Colombia, Morocco and Tunisia respectively. The acquisitions strengthen FDV's position as a leading operator of online marketplace businesses in emerging markets.
