Frontier Digital Ventures Ltd – Trading Halt (2+1)
Description
The securities of Frontier Digital Ventures Ltd (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company about the outcome of the institutional component of the accelerated entitlement offer. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 28 May 2018.

Trading Halt Request – ASX Code: FDV
Frontier Digital Ventures Ltd (ACN 609 183 959) ( Frontier ) requests a trading halt for its ordinary shares (ASX Code: FDV) under Listing Rule 17.1 prior to the commencement of trading today. Frontier provides the following information for the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1:

(a) the trading halt is requested pending an announcement by Frontier in relation to a capital raising;
-
(b) Frontier requests the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of:
- (1) Frontier releasing an announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of the proposed capital raising; or
-
(2) the commencement of trading on 28 May 2018.

(c) Frontier expects that the trading halt will be ended by the announcement referred to in paragraph (b)(1).

(d) Frontier is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

(e) Frontier is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
