Entitlement Offer Closing Date Reminder

• Retail component of FDV’s A$14.4m fully underwritten entitlement offer will close at 7:00pm (Melbourne time) on Friday, 15 June 2018

• Eligible retail shareholders are able to subscribe for 1 New Share for every 10 fully paid ordinary shares held at the Record Date at an issue price of A$0.65

Frontier Digital Ventures Ltd (ASX: FDV) ("FDV") reminds eligible shareholders that the closing date for the Retail Entitlement Offer is 7:00pm (Melbourne time) on Friday, 15 June 2018. This closing date will not be extended.

Eligible retail shareholders with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand will be able to subscribe for 1 New Share for every 10 fully paid ordinary shares in FDV held as at 7.00pm (Melbourne time) on the Record Date of 28 May 2018, at the Offer Price of A$0.65 per New Share.

Eligible retail shareholders have been sent a Retail Offer Booklet with further details relating to the Retail Entitlement Offer, along with personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Forms.

The retail component is expected to raise A$3.2m as part of the A$14.4m fully underwritten entitlement offer announced on 23 May 2018. The A$11.2m institutional component of the entitlement offer received strong support from existing and new institutional shareholders.

The Entitlement Offer is fully underwritten by Bell Potter Securities Limited and Morgans Corporate Limited.
