Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Frontier Digital Ventures Limited (“ FDV ”, ASX: FDV or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that Mr Jason Lau has been appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining FDV, Mr Lau was the Asia Head of Finance at GrowthOps, a leading professional services provider in APAC specialising in growth and technological transformation. Mr Lau has extensive experience leading large commercial deals in ASEAN, strategic operational reviews to drive positive operational performance and post-acquisition integration and restructuring.

Prior to GrowthOps, Mr Lau was the Finance Controller for Southeast Asia at Expro. During his time with the company, he led the merger of the Thailand business and was responsible for finance, tax, treasury and accounting operations across 21 subsidiaries. Earlier in his career, Mr Lau held various accounting roles at Shell, ADP (NASDAQ:ADP) and Banks Group. Mr Lau’s broad sector exposure and 18 years of experience in ASEAN markets across financial reporting, revenue generation planning and M&A positions him well for the role.

Mr Lau’s appointment coincides with the departure of Mr Eddie Lim, who has decided to pursue other opportunities. During his time, Mr Lim supported the Company in a number of corporate events, while streamlining and strengthening FDV’s core financial capabilities. The Board would like to thank Mr Lim for his contribution, particularly in helping FDV navigate a busy year. We wish him well for the future.
