Frontier Digital Ventures Limited (“ FDV ” or the “ Company ”) advises that its 2021 annual general meeting will now take place on Thursday, 17 June 2021 at 1:00pm AEST (11.00am Malaysian time). The meeting will be held as a virtual online meeting with the link and other details on how to access the meeting included in the Notice of Meeting to be provided to shareholders on or about 14 May 2021.
