Virtual Annual General Meeting

Frontier Digital Ventures Limited (“FDV”, ASX: FDV) advises that its Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 May 2020 at 11:00 am MYT / 1:00pm AEST will be held virtually via a live Zoom videoconference, with strictly no shareholders in physical attendance in view of the COVID-19 pandemic and public health concerns. The Board will continue to watch closely how matters develop over the coming week.

The Board encourages shareholders to monitor the ASX and the Company's website for any updates in relation to the Annual General Meeting that may need to be provided. In the meantime, the Board encourages shareholders to submit their proxies as early as possible, even if they intend to attend the Virtual Meeting, as the situation may change (e.g. there may be restrictions on how the meeting itself may be held or conducted).

Shareholders will be able to attend the Meeting using their web browser or internet enabled device.

Attendee registration by Zoom Teleconference facility will be available between 10:30 am and 11:00am MYT on the day of the meeting which will be conducted online via Zoom.

In order to provide for an efficient virtual meeting, we request that any questions from shareholders are provided to the Company Secretary at least 24 hours in advance of the Meeting. We also strongly recommend that all shareholders lodge their votes via the Company’s share register platform prior to 11:00am MYT on Saturday 16 May 2020.
