Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV), a leading independent developer of video games based in Cambridge, UK announces that an application has been made for the admission of 15,748  Ordinary shares of £0.05p each ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM. The shares were allotted to satisfy an exercise of warrants granted pursuant to the company's IPO. The shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 am on 15 September 2016.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue and Admission to trading on AIM of the 15,748 Ordinary Shares referred to above, the total issued share capital of the Company is 34,112,529 Ordinary Shares.

The Company does not currently hold any shares in treasury. Accordingly, this figure of 34,112,529 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
