Posting of Annual Financial Report and Notice of AGM 

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier", the "Group"), a leading developer of video games based in Cambridge, UK announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2015 and the notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held on Tuesday 20th October 2015 at 9.15am at 306 Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WG.
