Total Voting Rights and Block Listing Application

As at 31 March 2014 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 31,330,524 ordinary shares of 0.5p each. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 31,330,524. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

In addition, the Company announces today that application has been made to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of up to 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares will be available to be issued from time to time to satisfy the exercise of share options under the terms of the 2005 EMI Share Option Plan and the 2012 EMI Share Option Plan.

They will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. It is expected that the block admission will become effective on 4 April 2014.
