Executive Director Option Awards

On 30 May 2017, the Company awarded Alex Bevis, CFO and Company Secretary, a non-qualifying option over 300,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company ("Shares") at an exercise price of 250 pence per share and on the same terms as the Company's qualifying Company Share Option Plan (approved by the board of directors of the Company on 25 November 2013).  The award was made according to the terms of Mr Bevis's offer of employment, following successful completion of a probation period.

On 30 May 2017, the Company also made awards to each of the four Executive Directors (David Braben, David Walsh, Jonathan Watts and Alex Bevis) of an option over 7,389 Shares at an exercise price of 406 pence under the Company Share Option Plan.

Following these grants, the number of Shares held under option by each of the Executive Directors is as follows:
