Director Dealings

The Company was notified on 2 May 2017 that Charles Cotton, non-executive director of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 27 April 2017 and 5,000 Ordinary Shares on 28 April at a price of 335 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Charles Cotton is interested in 89,339 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.26 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.

The Company was notified on 27 April 2017 that David Walsh transferred 132,910 Ordinary Shares to his wife Gillian Walsh (a PCA of David Walsh) on 27 April 2017.

David Walsh and his wife Gillian Walsh are transferring and liquidating assets subject to court order as part of their divorce, and have each notified the Company that for this reason further sales of their holdings in the Company are expected in the coming months.

Following this transaction, David Walsh is interested in 422,910 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.2 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
