Director, PDMR & PCA Dealings

The Company was notified on 25 April 2017 that David Walsh, an executive director of the Company, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 April 2017 at a price of 326 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Company was also notified on 25 April 2017 that on 24 April 2017 Gillian Walsh, David's wife (and therefore a PCA), sold 400,000 Ordinary Shares at 326 pence per share.

David Walsh and his wife Gillian Walsh are transferring and liquidating assets subject to court order as part of their divorce, and have each notified the Company that for this reason further sales of their holdings in the Company are expected in the coming months.

The Company was also notified on 26 April 2017 that John Laws, a PDMR of the Company sold 3,100 Ordinary Shares at a price of 328 pence per Ordinary Share.

On the 25 April 2017 Jonathan Watts, an executive director of the Company, exercised share options of 118,000 at an exercise price of 89 pence per Ordinary Share.  Following the exercise of these options Mr. Watts sold 118,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 326 pence per Ordinary Share.  As a result, Mr. Watts share holding in the Company is unchanged.

Following the sales and option exercises the interests of Mr. Walsh and Mr. Watts are as follows:
