The Company announces that following the issue of ordinary shares on 2 July 2015 David Braben's percentage shareholding changed from 53.3% to 52.996%. Following the issuance of ordinary shares on 22 October 2015, David Braben's percentage shareholding is now 52.5%. For the avoidance of doubt, David Braben's shareholding remains unchanged throughout at 17,910,953 ordinary shares.
