The following amendment has been made to the 'Directors' Dealings' announcement, released today at 10.25am. 

The announcement has been corrected to reflect that following the dealings on 22 September 2015 and 23 September 2015 Mr Gammon's shareholding is 311,720.

The Company was notified on 23 September 2015 that on the same date, Rockspring, a company owned by David Gammon, the Chairman of the Company, and his family purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 200.0 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Gammon is interested in 311,720 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.9 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
