The Company was notified on 22 September 2015 that Rockspring, a company owned by David Gammon, the Chairman of the Company, and his family purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 200.0 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Gammon is interested in 301,720 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.9 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
