Grant of Options

On 15 September 2014, the Company awarded to certain directors and senior management of the Company 550,000 share options (the "Options"), exercisable into new ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 257.50 pence per share.  The Options are subject to certain performance conditions, and will vest over a period of one to three years.

Out of the total award of 550,000 options, 300,000 have been awarded to David Braben, 100,000 have been awarded to David Walsh, 100,000 have been awarded to Jonny Watts, and 50,000 to Neil Armstrong. Following this grant, the following Options over Ordinary Shares have been granted to the directors and officers of the Company and are outstanding:
