The Company was notified on 17 April 2014 that David Gammon, the Chairman of the Company, purchased 17,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 250 pence per share on 17 April 2014. Following this transaction, Mr. Gammon is interested in 271,720 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.9 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
