Directors' dealings

The Company was notified yesterday that David Gammon, the Chairman of the Company, yesterday purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 99.0 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Gammon is interested in 229,720 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.7 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.

In addition, the Company was notified yesterday that Jonathan Milner, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, yesterday purchased 90,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company at an average price of 99.4 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Milner is interested in 662,104 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.1 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
