Result of AGM

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier" or the "Company"), a leading developer and publisher of videogames based in Cambridge, UK, held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 27 October 2021, at which all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
