Charles' prior experiences on the LSE and Nasdaq and his knowledge of successfully growing technology businesses are going to be very valuable. We are all looking forward to working with him and welcome him onto our Board.

"I would like to place on record my thanks to Jonathan.  Jonathan joined our Board pre IPO and has been a wonderful guide and help to the Board as we transitioned from a private business-to-business company to a listed business-to-consumer company.
