Result of AGM and Change of Auditor

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier" or the "Company"), a leading developer of videogames based in Cambridge, UK, held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") earlier today at which all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

Details of the resolutions passed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM, which was included within the Company's Annual Report and Accounts posted to shareholders. The document is available on the Company's website at AR.frontier.co.uk.  Printed copies are also available on request from Frontier's offices at 26 Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 0FP.

Frontier Developments plc also announces that following a competitive tender process, Ernst & Young LLP has been appointed as the Company's new auditor, effective at the AGM today, 30 October 2019.

Ernst & Young LLP will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year 1 June 2019 to 31 May 2020.  Any proposal to re-appoint Ernst & Young LLP in respect of the financial year beginning 1 June 2020 will be subject to shareholder approval at the 2020 AGM.
