Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“ Listing Regulations ”), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 2[nd] December, 2021; inter-alia , considered and approved the following:

1. Appointment of Mr. Mayur Doshi as Non - Executive Director (Additional Director) of the Company years from 2[nd] December, 2021, to hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

2. Mr. Mayur Doshi’s appointment as Non - Executive Director (Additional Director) on the Board of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 2[nd] December, 2021, is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
