Şirketimiz 25.06.2024 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen Genel Kurul toplantısı ile;

TMS' ye göre hazırlanan 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 tarihli konsolide finansal tablolar ve bağımsız denetim raporuna göre oluşan (52.637.036)-TL net dönem zararı ve Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerince hazırlanan gelir tablosuna göre ise 82.309.800,25-TL dağıtılabilir net dönem karının önümüzdeki dönemlere ilişkin işletme sermayesi gereksinimlerini karşılanması amacıyla kullanılmak üzere yasal yedekler ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedekler/geçmiş yıl karları hesabına aktarılarak kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ilişkin Yönetim Kurulu tarafından yapılan teklif Genel Kurulca oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.

Kamuoyuna duyurulur.
