Şirketimiz merkezinde yapılan Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında;

TMS'ye göre hazırlanan konsolide finansal tablolar ve bağımsız denetim raporuna göre oluşan 6.892.997.- TL net dağıtılabilir dönem karının ve Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerince hazırlanan gelir tablosuna göre ise 5.427.428,85.-TL dağıtılabilir net dönem karının önümüzdeki dönemlere ilişkin işletme sermayesi gereksinimlerini karşılanması amacıyla kullanılmak üzere olağanüstü yedekler/ geçmiş yıl karları hesabına aktarılarak kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına

Kar dağıtımı yapılmayacağına ilişkin işbu kararın yapılacak ilk genel kurulun onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
