11. Additional Information

BBVA as fiduciary of the Baillères Family Trust (the 'Trust') holds the majority interest in the issued share capital (and voting rights) in Industrias Peñoles S.A.B. de C.V., which holds 552,595,191 ordinary shares (74.99%) of the issued share capital of Fresnillo plc. Mr Alejandro Baillères, Non-Executive Chairman of Fresnillo plc, is the major beneficiary of the Trust.

The transaction described above was as a result of the probate arrangements in respect of Mr Alberto Baillères, which resulted in his entire shareholding in Industrias Peñoles S.A.B. de C.V. being transferred to the Trust. The interest of Industrias Peñoles S.A.B. de C.V., in Fresnillo plc remains unchanged.
