Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 11, 2015, Freshpet, Inc. (“Freshpet”) issued a press release disclosing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

As previously announced, Freshpet will hold a conference call at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on August 11, 2015 to discuss its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015.
